With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join their Regional Compliance team.

You will assist the Chief Compliance Officer to implement compliance policies within the Asia Pacific region. To develop and implement regional compliance control policies and programmes to ensure activities are in compliance with the group requirements that are relevant to the region and the Business Units. Conduct compliance review/ reporting and undertake compliance projects. Identify and assess compliance risks in the region. Assist business unit management to define and set local compliance charter and the ethical standards to be in line with the group and regional standards. Support the development and maintenance of regional Compliance Manual. Keep track of managers at regional office are trained on the required compliance policies. Assist to organize regional conference and roll out relevant compliance trainings to Local Compliance Officers.

The ideal candidate should be a Degree holder in Legal, Business, Accounting or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years relevant compliance experience gained with investment management companies, preferably with regional exposures. Experience in developing compliance control policies and procedures. Good understanding of best practices and principles of risk management. Strong analytical and project management skills. Self-motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
