Our client is a leading international asset management company with their Regional Asia Pacific Office in Hong Kong. They offer a wide range of financial services to institutional investors and corporations around the world. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are seeking for a high calibre professional to join their Compliance team in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for development of an effective investment compliance program. Handle all compliance issues on investment related activities. Develop and maintain an effective compliance monitoring program. Review and update investment compliance policies and procedures. To develop and implement policies and procedures to comply with legal and regulatory requirement. You will also be responsible for general compliance matters such as licensing / registration, updating investment personnel on new or revised investment regulations, inform/advise management if there is any potential compliance issues and implications, review and provide comment on investment related information in marketing materials, interact and deal with regulators on regulatory issues and visits; and preparing regulatory filings and provide compliance training to staff.

To be considered, you will be a degree holder with 3 to 5 years compliance experience within international financial institutions, preferably from asset management industry. Good knowledge in investment financial products, and familiar with regulatory requirements. Self-motivated, highly independent and good team player. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
