As part of the Control Room and Research Compliance Team in Asia, you will provide ordinary course research and investor education research clearance and advisory. Perform core control room duties including global list system and information barrier maintenance, as well as monitoring against the grey list and restricted list. Work with other members on regulatory advisory maters and IBD compliance matters and provide compliance support, including amongst other things regulatory advice, training, drafting of regional policies and procedures.

To be considered, you will be a university graduate with a minimum of 5 years relevant control room experience preferably covering research compliance. Solid understanding of the compliance issues related to research products and markets and the relationships between sales, trading and research issues and corporate finance activities. Knowledge of research regulations in key jurisdictions in Asia. Ability to build strong relationships. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
