Based in Hong Kong, you will responsible to undertake day to day monitoring and surveillance activities. Work closely with various stakeholders to develop and enhance monitoring programs and systems. To assist in the coordination of the overall governance and supervisory framework for cross division monitoring and surveillance. Perform surveillance of equities, ETD and fixed income, FICC businesses, control room monitoring etc. Investigating and closing out monitoring alerts thoroughly in a timely manner and ensuring significant issues identified are fully investigated and promptly escalated. Participate in implementation activities including testing and business integration. Assist to produce effective cross-divisional management information reports. Conduct reviews and updates of local monitoring programs within the region.

To be considered, you will be a university graduate with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience. Sound knowledge of banking and securities rules. Able to copy under pressure, display excellent organization skills. Able to identify problems and seek practical solutions. Highly proactive. Strong project management skills.
