Our client is a well-established International Bank with diversified services and products. With plans to expand their client base across the Asia Pacific region, they are now seeking for top calibre candidate to join in them.

The Asia Treasury Business Management team within Treasury is responsible for ensuring a sound business control environment, providing business management support for Treasury in the region as well as assisting the Asia Treasurer in overseeing the liquidity risk management in the region. You will coordinate the review of Liquidity Risk Management Policy and Contingency Funding Plan for respective locations/ legal entities. Coordinates the implementation of liquidity scenario stress testing with individual locations’ funding desk. Develops a good understanding of the individual locations’ regulatory requirements that impacts funding and liquidity risk management. Interacts internally with auditor and compliance and externally with regulators and auditors on review/ inspection/ query that focus on liquidity risk management for respective locations/ legal entities.

To be considered, you will hold a business related degree with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in the Financial Services. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Good knowledge of financial markets and products. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit with ability to work with a diverse group of business/ functional partners with different cultural backgrounds. Clear and concise verbal and written communication. Ability to work under pressure and on multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment. Control-focused individual with good business sense. Strong computer skills, particular in Excel. Experience in dealing with multiple, complex regulatory/ financial reporting environment is a plus. Experience in driving agenda for Asset and Liability Management Committee (ALCO) and/or understanding/awareness on Basel Committee regulation on liquidity risk management is a plus.
