Our client is a leading international corporate and investment bank in Hong Kong with a strong presence in Asia. They provide institutional investors and corporations with high quality financial services worldwide. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are seeking for a high caliber professional to join their Credit Risk Management team.

Reporting to the Head of Credit Risk Management, you will conduct counterparty credit analysis for non-bank financial institutions in order to recommend internal risk ratings and credit limits. Prepare credit applications and reviews for submission to credit committees drawing conclusions relating to key risk and mitigants, risk appetite, exposure drivers and business initiatives. Manage credit limits, credit exposures and credit related documentation for non-bank financial institution and sovereign counterparties domiciled in the Asia Pacific region and maintain ongoing counterparty monitoring. Monitor latest market and product developments to support credit monitoring. Participate in the preparation of book / activity reviews, new business / product proposals and credit policy proposals. Contribute to risk analysis which is cross-functional.

To qualify for the position, you should be a University graduate in Finance, Economics or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis of financial institutions preferably with an international bank. Good knowledge of financial markets, products and legal documentation. Excellent credit analytical skills with sound judgment. Ability to work efficiently and independently. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
