You will be responsible for the effective and efficient discharge of the bank’s shareholder reporting obligation in the jurisdictions allocated to the hub in accordance with the group policy. Ensure that the team is organized and supported to enable them to monitor and analyze all alerts on a daily basis and make the appropriate disclosures accurately. Represent the hub in the governance activities on the program and contribute to the shaping of policy. Actively contribute to the governance of the program through adherence to agreed global processes and working methodologies as well as active participation in cross pregame governance structures and activities.

To qualify, you should be a Degree holder with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Position Monitoring / Disclosure of Interest. Excellent regulatory knowledge and context necessary to interpret the relevant laws and regulations. Very good operational abilities, including those relating to operational process, risk and control. Proven track record in people management experience. Articulate with good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
