To support and work closely with the Director and the Regional Team (based in Hong Kong) to provide all-round administrative support and assist in successfully implementing major new projects in the region. Secretarial and administrative assistance for the Director and her team including answering phone calls, arranging meetings, setting up conference calls, preparing presentation materials for meetings, etc. Responsible for travel and hotel arrangements for the team and overseas visitors. Responsible for organizing meeting schedules, meeting rooms, computer and office access, lunches etc for visitors. Diary management including checking accuracy of meeting arrangements, avoiding conflicting meetings and understanding priorities. Maintain a good filing system. Responsible for monthly reporting and compilation of statistics. Responsible for organizing Induction programme for new recruits. To maintain the intranet site.

To be considered, you should be a degree holder with secretarial experience essential including proficient on Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience on project management software is an advantage Fund management experience useful. Good organizational skills. Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, essential. Mandarin, Japanese or Korean speaking would be advantageous. Commitment and desire to make things happen. Ability to think through issues and identify solutions. Ability to prioritize and organize own work and team work. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work under pressure. Flexible attitude to work.
