Based in Hong Kong, you will responsible to the global shareholding program for Korea and Australia markets for discharging the reporting and disclosure obligations in an accurate and timely manner. Conduct the daily monitoring work process that identify any large positions in a relevant security, including any inter-day movements or swings in these holdings. Prepare and submit substantial holding reports to regulators, exchanges and issuers. Identify large positions with the goal of ensuring that the firm complies with statutory ownership limits that apply to foreign investors or investments in specific industries or sectors. Help manage the application process to obtain pre-approval from the government. Participate in reviewing new business initiatives and transactions that required pre-approval.

To be considered, you will be a university graduate with a minimum of 4 years significant experience within financial institution, regulatory body or comparable environment. Strong working knowledge of securities markets in the region. Good general knowledge of banking and securities regulations. Able to collate and analyze large amounts of information quickly. Highly proactive. Be able to work under pressure. Need to have flexible approach on working hours. Fluency in Korean language.
