Responsible to drive the lending products business strategy and execution. Provide support to private bankers in order to offer competitive lending solutions based on the holistic needs of clients. Develop and organize relevant product training and share best practices within the bank. Implement the agreed business objectives, strategy and execution towards achieving the business goal. Understand the current sales and execution process of lending and coordinate with stakeholders to increase efficiency in order to maximize sales. Develop the investment lending space between traditional banking and capital markets products. Monitor and research market and competitor developments, and regularly driven reforms, proactively initiate new business opportunities including introducing new products and strategies, optimizing banking margins, as well as developing new lending business strategies.

To be considered, you will be a university graduate with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience, preferably within a lending products function and experience in pitching new business ideas to sophisticated clients. Knowledge of lending regulated legal, regulatory and risk control requirements. Familiar with loan execution processes and credit policies with the private banking business. Strong in credit analysis and proposal writing. Sound presentation skills. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin).
