OFFICE MANAGER / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

An established Single Family Office (SFO) in Hong Kong is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and versatile Office Manager / Personal Assistant. This is a unique and hybrid role supporting both the high-net-worth principal and ensuring seamless, daily operations of a boutique office. This position is ideal for an experienced assistant who thrives on autonomy, multi-tasking, and delivering top-tier service in a high-touch, confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- PA Support: Act as the primary assistant to the Principal, managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars, intricate international travel itineraries, and personal errands.
- Office Management: Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment, handling office supplies, vendor relationships, and IT/facilities maintenance.
- Financial Administration: Process invoices, track expenses, assist with accounts payable/receivable, and coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors.
- Confidentiality: Act as a "gatekeeper," managing sensitive information regarding investment, legal, and family affairs with absolute discretion.
- Event & Logistics: Coordinate corporate meetings, family events, and logistics, including liaising with household staff when required.
Your Profile
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a Single Family Office, private bank, or boutique finance firm.
- Skills: Proactive "hands-on" approach with the ability to wear multiple hats comfortably. Superb organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
- Competencies: Detail-minded, calm under pressure, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise. High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
